Our valuable pieces aren’t refundable, unless there is a realized defect in the item. We guarantee to deliver the items as described in our website. We also guarantee to deliver high quality Natural Diamonds and Gems Stones. Kindly check our Quality Section
EXCHANGE
Our items are non refundable once delivered. In case of size alteration or any realized defect after purchase, we take full responsibility to exchange our valuable piece within 3 days after delivery.
Quality Assurance
We guarantee to deliver high quality Natural Diamonds with the Clarity Scale of VVS, VS or minimum SI1, and with the Color Scale of colorless or near colorless. Our precious Gem Stones are all natural and high quality. Certificates can also be provided upon your request.
